If we do not receive an RSVP from you by our specified deadline (11/18/24), you will be marked as “not attending”. The reason for this is because we have to provide our venue with an accurate guest count within a timely manner. We hope you understand and we will miss you celebrating with us!
The ceremony will be starting at 6:30 sharp. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to start time so you can grab a good seat and make sure you are there before the gates close! Once the ceremony begins, the gates will be closed and guests will not be allowed into the ceremony.
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! The dress code for the evening is semi-formal/cocktail attire. No rompers, jeans or tennis shoes are allowed at the venue. Please DO NOT wear dresses in white, ivory, cream, champagne, light blue that may resemble white, or any shade that can be mistaken as white. If you have to ask yourself if it’s close to white, better to play safe and pick another color. Let’s save white for the bride :)
We are having an “unplugged” ceremony! Meaning all phones must be put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture the biggest day of our lives and would hate for someone’s phone to block those moments our photographer is trying to capture. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want! We promise to share the ceremony photos once we receive them!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
As much as we love your little ones, we are only allowing children involved in the wedding to attend. We encourage all the moms and dads to use this evening as a date night!
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Make sure to bring some cash to tip the lovely bartenders that will be helping us celebrate!
Our day is being coordinated on a strict schedule. This means we cannot push back start times to anything due to people running late. If you happen to be running late, you will not be allowed into the ceremony but are more than welcome to join us at the reception! This avoids distractions for not only other guests, but also for the bride and groom.
There is a parking lot right next to the venue with plenty of space!
Our ceremony will be taking place outside followed by a reception inside! Keep an eye on the weather in case you need to bundle up!
