Canal Park is definitely the "touristy" part of Duluth in the summer, but that's because it is home to the famous Aerial Lift Bridge, countless shops and eateries, and some fantastic views of Lake Superior

If you're staying in Duluth for more than our wedding, we recommend making a day trip up the scenic highway to explore more of the beautiful North Shore!

The town of Two Harbors is a short drive north and is home to the spectacular Gooseberry Falls State Park, picturesque Split Rock Lighthouse, and Minnesota-famous Betty's Pies (would recommend the Great Lakes Crunch Pie).  Drive a little farther north and you'll discover Tettegouche State Park- where we got engaged!
