Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP on the website by September 15, 2023.

Question

What do I need to bring to the ceremony?

Answer

Just yourself! Seating is provided by Wehr on the viewing deck.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

If you would like to stay overnight after the dinner, we have reserved a small block of rooms at the Pfister Hotel. More information on this soon! Please contact Danae for a link to book once available.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, there is not transportation available.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or dinner?

Answer

Parking at the Wehr Nature Center is covered by the bride and groom's event. For dinner, self-parking is available in the Pfister Hotel parking structure located on Mason Street. Parking tickets can be validated for Mason Street Grill dining guests. Please see the staff at the hostess stand to have your parking ticket validated.

Question

What can we do before dinner?

Answer

Guests can enjoy the Pfister Hotel's Blu Lounge for cocktails, mocktails or light snacks (not provided by bride and groom) before the dinner starts at 5pm. Drinks will be included in the 3-course dinner in the private dining suite. The Pfister is also a great place to view art from their Artist in Residence space. There is also a lobby cocktail lounge, and Pfister Cafe that serves coffee and sweet treats. For more to do around the Pfister, please visit their website - https://www.thepfisterhotel.com/boutique-hotel

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at Target and Amazon. Please see the Registry page for more details!

Question

Why is the wedding so small?

Answer

We decided to celebrate our love with an intimate ceremony with our immediate family and close friends present. Please know that on this special day you were in our thoughts and hearts.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear cocktail (semi-formal) attire. Example: cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Both the bride and groom want their guests to feel comfortable during the ceremony and dinner. Fall colors and styles are encouraged! Bride will be wearing black at the ceremony and dinner.

Question

Why did the bride wear black instead of white?

Answer

Because Danae wanted to.
