If you are staying onsite, you can call one of the Innisbrook trams (shuttles) to pick you up and drop you off at the ceremony location. Just tell them that you are going to the Dwyer-Ward Wedding at the Wedding Tree and they'll know where to go! These trams can be used during your entire stay onsite. If you are arriving via Uber or driving yourself, tell the gate guard that you are going to the Dwyer-Ward Wedding at the Wedding Tree and they'll show you the way!
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, we ask that you only bring a guest if one is included on your invitation.
Yes! Formal. The wedding party will be in blue. For the ladies, please note that the ceremony and reception will take place on grass, so we recommend block heels, wedges, or flat shoes.
The "dress code" is listed as Casual - please wear anything you are comfortable in depending on the weather - polo shirts, nicer shorts, pants, sundresses, skirts. The Bride will be in a nice dress and the Groom might wear a jacket.
We recommend arriving to the Wedding Tree no later than 4:45pm to ensure time for finding a seat, saying hello, etc. The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm EST.
After the ceremony, guests will be escorted to trams and transported to the cocktail hour and reception location for drinks, dinner and dancing! The reception ends at 11:00pm.
Yes! While the bars onsite will be closed by the time our reception ends, we will have coolers of beer and wine dragged to the patio of the Market Salamander Grill (where welcome drinks are) for late night banter. Weather Backup Location: Groom's Suite.
There is nothing formal planned for Saturday but we plan to make the most of the resort amenities! Come join for a drink and hit the water slides at the Loch Ness Pool - we'll have coolers - and let us know if you want to join a round of golf with Brendan around 2pm. Remember we have great golf discounts for both the South and Copperhead courses!
Yes! We will be providing a list of all our guest names to Innisbrook, who will have day passes for everyone who is not staying at the resort. Just check in at the gate and give us a call if you have any issues!
