Robin's Story: On Friday Night in April, I (Robin), got a text from a friend from church asking if I would be okay with her giving my number to her friend. My initial thought was, nope, not going to happen. But after a two hour drive home from DFW and a pretty strong conversation with the Lord, I felt like I needed to say yes. About a week later, I got a text from Dustin asking if we could talk on the phone. The rest is history! I quickly realized he has the best character of anyone I have ever met, he's so kind to all he meets, he treats his family well, and he loves the Lord. I knew on our third date he was the man I was going to marry. Dustin's Story: My dear friend from college, Adrienne Brown, gave me Robin's phone number. I invited Robin to coffee in April blissfully unaware that we would be engaged by November! I remember sitting down with Robin and talking and laughing at the Foundry coffee shop in Tyler. I greatly enjoyed her worldview, her heart, her mind, and her laugh. It didn't take me long to figure out the quality of the woman that stood before me. I am continually impressed by her!
