We're Getting Married!

Dustin and Olivia had a drive-in date planned for that night to celebrate Olivia's birthday. The entire day Dustin told Olivia that she would be getting her birthday present while they were on their date. Being the impatient person that she is, Olivia kept trying to convince Dustin to show her the present beforehand. Prior to the date, Dustin and Olivia were in the basement of Olivia's parent's house watching the Rose Bowl. The entire time Olivia kept trying to guess what the present was. She asked questions like: Can it be worn? Is it worn all the time? Is it worn during a certain season? Thinking it was a new sweater or something, she was growing more and more impatient with each question Dustin avoided. As the first half of the football game ended, the couple decided they were going to finish watching the game upstairs before heading to their drive-in date. Dustin stood up and said that he was too excited to wait and wanted to give Olivia her birthday present now. Thinking that she finally wore him down, Olivia was so excited and put her hands over her eyes. Dustin knew that Olivia was not one for surprises and didn't want to risk her peaking before he was ready, so he took the blanket that was on the couch and threw it over Olivia's head. As she is laughing at how well he knows her, Olivia had no idea that when she took that blanket off of her head, Dustin would be down on one knee holding a beautiful ring.
