World's COOLEST park. Play structures for little kids and big kids, walking paths, big open grass areas, fire pits to warm up, and a bar on site.
CINCO International
Our favorite place for Mexican downtown -- and they also have a Thai food menu! Dustin gets the Burrito Campechano, Maria gets tacos and eggrolls. Spicy Margarita is worth it, especially if Thelma (pictured above) is making it; you can tell her Dustin and Maria sent you ;)
L Street Kitchen
We eat here every Friday morning. Dustin gets the bacon, egg and cheese on brioche, Maria gets the veggie lovers hash. Both of us love the chorizo breakfast tacos as well. If you see Mike (pictured), tell him you're in town for Dustin and Maria's wedding, he'll be pumped.
Fatbird
We love the chicken sandwich, fish sandwich, and wings (red beans and rice is also excellent). Maria gets the old fashioned, Dustin gets the Hamm and Turkey.
The Lauber
Maria gets the Green Goat Pizza, Dustin gets the Prime Melt. Great selection of beer on tap and a family friendly atmosphere.
Fiddler's Hearth
Traditional Irish fare, a good pint of Guinness and a great selection of scotch and whiskey. Dustin and Maria both get the the fish and chips with a Guinness.
Dainty Maid Food Hall & Event Space
Food hall with several different food and drink options. For breakfast and lunch, Breakfast Club has decadent, delicious chef-y fare (Maria and Dustin both get the Breakfast Ramen), and Smash Burgers for dinner are simple and delicious. And if you're into fancy coffee and/or cocktails, this is definitely your spot.
