When should I RSVP by?

Wedding invites will be sent out by May 2025. Please RSVP on Zola.
Question
What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?
Answer
We will be providing transportation via 10-12 passenger vans from Bahia Principe Resort to Arcadia Events Tulum. This is about a 30 minute ride.
Question
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. Please be advised of possibly uneven terrain and weather. Depending on the weather, layers might be needed for later in the night. We will be 30 minutes away from the hotel so please bring all items with you to be comfortable.

Is there a dress code?

Beach formal attire, cocktail attire or semi-formal attire.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Please refer to your online RSVP to note any dietary restrictions. You can also send us a direct message so we are aware as well.

Where should we bring our wedding gift?
Answer
Please no gifts. You have traveled far to be with us and we are so excited to celebrate with you! Your presence is our only gift needed.

Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?
Answer
Please stay tuned for any updated wedding weekend events. We are looking into doing excursions off of the resort with wedding guests. And possibly a private dinner the night before the wedding.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding ceremony?
Answer
We have opted for an unplugged wedding ceremony so that guests are not distracted by their devices and the professional wedding photographer & videographer can get the best possible shots without the interference of other flashes or mobile screens.

Please refer to your invitation for a plus one.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
Answer
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a family style taco dinner and dessert.

Am I allowed to bring my children?
Answer
Although we adore children. To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children.

What is the wedding day itinerary?
Answer
Please refer to the schedule page for the itinerary. *Most important itinerary item is to be ready for the shuttle pick-up at 3:30 p.m. on November 7th* If anything changes, you will be personally notified.

Is the wedding ceremony and reception at the same location?
Answer
Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at Arcadia Events Tulum. Please be advised, this location is off of the resort. Transportation will be provided.
