We met in the winter of 2017 when we were both working as psychiatric technicians at Fairview Hospital in Minneapolis. After some matchmaking (thanks Niila!) and a shared love of FRIENDS, the rest was history. Our first date in February 2018 ice skating led to a whirlwind 6 months together before our first goodbye when Sam started graduate school in Denver. A year later, Dustin moved to Denver too. Over the next 5.5 years, we went through a lot of life together. Sam got her master's in International Disaster Psychology and is about to earn her doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Dustin graduated nursing school and works as a medical surgical nurse. We went from living with an all girl crew of roommates to our first apartment and first (rented house). We lived in Denver and Madison together. And our most important milestone, we got our favorite boy Falco! Throughout this time we have been lucky to bring together old friends and meet new ones too. We would not have made it to this point without the love of our family and friends. We are so excited to celebrate with all of you on July 6th, 2024!
