Nick and Amanda met the old fashioned way - on Bumble! Their first date was to Monday Night Brewery (check it out while you're in town). Nick stood awkwardly far away from Amanda and Amanda thought he hated her. Turned out not to be the case and they went to tapas at Barcelona on their second date the following week. After the date, Nick built Amanda's coffee table and she was sold (the drawer still doesn't open).

Amanda planned a trip to Mexico for Nick's birthday. She thought he might use it as a proposal opportunity - turns out she was right! Nick was acting super strange and took Amanda for several long walks on the beach the night before the proposal while he was scoping out his options. The next night, Nick led Amanda to the beach and surprised her and a random German couple by proposing during a photo op!
