When should I RSVP?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 6:00pm. Keep in mind that the event is on a Friday evening, so please allow plenty of time to account for traffic, as well as the train crossing that is near the venue.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the Venue. Should you choose to drive, we would ask that you please drink responsibly.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes, the shuttle will leave the Best Western Crown at 5:00PM and return to the hotel at 11:00PM. Should you need to go back to the hotel early, the shuttle will be available. Please arrive to the shuttle pickup point early, so the shuttle can depart at 5:00

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be indoors. The cocktail hour will be held on the patio. Should we have inclement weather, there will be heaters and/or indoor space to socialize

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dressy Casual. We want you be comfortable, yet feeling your best. Since it is a spring wedding, feel free to wear florals, prints, and color to mark the joyous occasion.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we are unable to accommodate all. If your invite states "The -- Family" your children are welcome. We hope you will understand, and join us for a fun-filled date night.

Yes, please let us know ASAP if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Yes, come with your party pants on! We expect to see all of your amazing dance moves :)

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest, and are hoping to keep the guest list limited. Therefore, please refer to your invitation to see if you have been given a plus one.
