Thanks to some wonderful friends, we met in 2015 over bottomless mimosas and burgers at a local Madison, Wisconsin restaurant. We spent the rest of the day going to all of our favorite places in Madison, eating lots of food, drinking lots of drinks, and having lots of laughs. Our first date took place a few months later over cheesecake and it has been the best adventure ever since. Fast forward to 11/7/2020, a 70 degree November day in Minnesota. We planned to go for a walk in one of our favorite Minneapolis spots, St. Anthony Main/the Stone Arch Bridge. Eric got down on one knee and it was the most perfect addition to our love story. We are so thankful to have found each other and cannot wait to continue experiencing life together. Thank you so much for celebrating with us!
