When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than May 19, 2023. You can RSVP online through our wedding website or by mailing back your RSVP card that was included in your invitation.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM, we recommend arriving by 3 PM so that you have ample time to find parking and your seat.

Question

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Of course! Cocktail hour will include passed hors d'oeuvres, an appetizer table, and an open bar. The reception will include a three-course plated dinner and an open bar. We will end the night with wedding cake and a late night snack!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. Please message either the bride or groom if you have any specific questions regarding the guest list.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal attire. For ladies, this can be a floor-length dress, a fancy cocktail dress, or a nice pantsuit. For gentlemen, you have the option of wearing a formal dark suit, white shirt, or a tuxedo. If you have any questions regarding the dress code, the bride and groom will be glad to help!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the venue. You are also able to leave your car overnight if you end up having too much fun and need to uber back to your hotel after the reception (:

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will be including a vegan and gluten free option on our menu, however, if you have any other food allergies please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be indoors, however, cocktail hour will take place outdoors. There will be plenty of shade outside during cocktail hour and the option to stay indoors if you prefer.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know at least two weeks before the wedding and RSVP "no" as we need to give our final headcount to the venue.
