Our Story

We met in 2014 I was 17 and Trevor was 19 (yup you did the math right we've been together for 9 years). So here is our long story of 9 years. Trevor and I managed to connect on a dating app (this maybe a shock to some). We quickly started dating after having a romantic dinner at my fathers house (aka to make sure he wasn't going to kill me seeing we met online). That fall on Halloween Trevor gave me a promise ring in a bowl of candy (remember this detail its important) Shortly after starting to date (10 months) I moved into Trevors parents house with him after graduation (praise his amazing parents for putting up with my teenagerness). We were soon able to move into the in-law-apartment in their basement which has been our home for the past 8 years. During those 8 years I went to nursing school in Boston at MCPHS and Trevor completed his apprenticeship for plumbing under his father and obtained his Masters Plumbers license, his full gas license and his A/C installers license. In 2015 we adopted Lyla our Pitbull, boxer, shepherd husky mutt as a friend for us but more importantly as a sister for Trevor's Pitbull/Lab mix Maverick, in 2020 we said goodbye to our handsome boy Mav. We now have become the owners of a chocolate lab, Bleu. We brought Bleu home in 2021 and he's been our little man ever since. Don't worry you'll get a chance to meet Bleu and Lyla at the wedding, Lyla is the pup of honor and Bleu is the Best pup. In 2017 Trevor bought a trailer, this trailer has now become our Tiny House. After years of searching for the right piece of property Trevor and I bought 2 acres of land in Deering NH. Trevor worked has worked day and night to build us the perfect Tiny House. We hope to move into the Tiny House in the summer right before we say I Do. On October 31st 2021 I came home after work to have our usual Halloween celebration, movies a bowl of candy and dinner, however Trevor had other ideas. While watching the beginning of Hocus Pocus, I found a ring box in the candy bowl, I don't even think Trevor was able to get a word in between my tears of happiness, when I finally stopped crying enough to let him speak he asked me to spend the rest of my life with him and I obviously said yes!! We are looking forward to all the future holds and we are excited to stand in front of our closest friends and family and say "I do".
