Train: Take an ~1:40 train from Penn Station to the Basking Ridge or Bernardsville train stations in New Jersey. One transfer is required. Then take a 5-10 minute Uber/Lyft to the venue. On weekends, trains run hourly starting at 7am. On weekdays, trains run even more frequently. Trains cost $14 one way per adult and can be purchased and managed through the NJTransit smartphone app. It has train schedules and will guide you along the journey. Car: Generally 45-60 mins, but can be very sensitive to traffic. For Uber/Lyft expect $125+, depending on time of day and availability. Most taxis will not go out this far from Manhattan.
Trains leave from Basking Ridge or Bernardsville every hour for Penn Station. Last train runs 11pm. Car: Generally 60+ mins. You will be subject to tolls to enter Manhattan. Depending on time of day may be challenging to find enough Uber/Lyft coverage.
