It's Party Time

We officially met on the side of an outdoor grass volleyball tournament, and continued running into each other at volleyball events. This led to our playing together, and setting up at Carson Beach to play beach doubles under the cotton-candy-skies, all of this while Emily was fairly oblivious to Drews affection. Our first official date was after a volleyball tournament we played together, to what became our favorite "Philly-inspired eats" diner in Brookline, MA. We bonded over buffalo chicken, Lauryn Hill, a fierce board-game competition, and "hatred" of PBR, as we both drank it willingly.

We were set to get married 7/31/20, due to COVID our original wedding was postponed. We decided to get legally married anyways, and did so before our original wedding date! Our official anniversary is 6/6/20! We were lucky enough to have all 4 of our parents attend the small ceremony in Drews Parents sideyard surrounded by purple flowers, followed by a lovely dinner at home.
