The wedding attire is Cabo Formal. Guests are invited & encouraged to help us celebrate in style by embracing the destination's tropical aesthetic with fun colors. (See above for some inspo!) Ladies: Formal Evening Floor Length Dress or a Chic Pant Suit! Gentlemen: Black, Linen, or Colored Suit or Tux. Welcome Party is Cocktail/ Resort Attire -- please avoid wearing white 🤍

Question

Passport Requirements:

Answer

Ensure your passport has not expired or will not expire within six months of your flight. The passport renewal process can take up to 10-13 weeks, so please check as soon as possible so you are not left behind!

Question

When should I RSVP by / book my hotel?

Answer

We would love for our guests to RSVP and book their hotel as soon as possible so we can begin getting an accurate headcount for logistics. But the hard final deadline is: RSVP and Room Block by September 14th, 2025.

Question

When should I arrive to Cabo?

Answer

For the optimal wedding experience, we recommend that guests arrive on Thursday morning. This timing allows you to take full advantage of the weekend festivities, starting with our Welcome event on Thursday evening. While hotel check-in officially begins at 4 pm, the bell desk is available to hold luggage for those who arrive earlier. Please plan your travel accordingly to ensure you don't miss any of the celebration. We look forward to welcoming you and kicking off the wedding festivities together!

Question

How do I get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

Our Concierge team at the resort can assist you with scheduling your round trip transfers from SJD to Cabo Azul. Each transfer requires a nominal fee. Reservations must be made two days prior to arrival, by emailing your request to CaboAzulResort@hgv.com Please include the following: Your first and last name, reservation number, the time your flight will arrive to SJD and the time your flight will depart from SJD. (48 hours prior your arrival) If you do not book transportation beforehand, don't fret, there are taxis at the airport.

Question

What is the best way to get around San José del Cabo?

Answer

The area around the resort is extremely walkable and VERY SAFE. Feel free to walk in the area as you please. Uber is also a very easy and safe way to get around San José Del Cabo. If you do not use Uber, the hotel Bell Desk can arrange easy transportation for you.

Question

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adult-only event. Invitations will also be specific and will include the names of who are invited within your party when you RSVP on this site. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

We are looking forward to celebrating this weekend with our nearest & dearest! With that being said we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. Thank you so much for understanding.

Question

How do we get to the ceremony & what time?

Answer

We will have shuttles transferring guests from Cabo Azul. More information to come as we get closer to the wedding date.

Question

Should I bring cash?

Answer

Although most places accept debit/credit cards, we recommend exchanging some USD for MXN for tips, street vendors, taxis, etc.

Question

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, & reception will be outside. The ceremony will be on grass so be sure to plan your heels accordingly. (:

Question

What happens if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as “No”. We will miss having you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in the timely manner they have given us & cannot accept late RSVP’s due to this! Thank you for your understanding.

Question

Can’t make it?

Answer

For whatever reason you're unable to make it to Cabo for our wedding, PLEASE reach out to Delaney + Drew ASAP. We totally understand things come up and will miss you!
