Our story began with a shared passion for life’s simple joys—family, friends, adventure, gym sessions, and of course music. Both of us grew up with strong ties to our families and an appreciation for the beauty of heartfelt moments, love and laughter. It was these shared values that drew us together, and from the beginning, we knew we’d found something special in each other. As our connection deepened, our love of exploring the world together took us to incredible places. Hiking the trails in Glacier and exploring the mountains of Montana, we discovered not just the grandeur of nature but also the joy of building a life side by side. To top it off we got to end the trip in the company of family and good music. Despite having perhaps too much fun and missing our flight the next morning, we got through it together and it was one of many moments that strengthened our bond and hinted at the adventure our future together would hold. Fast forward to July 12th at the Silver Lake Sand Dunes in Michigan—a day that will forever be etched in our hearts. Following dragonflies to a serene spot by the water, we stood under the sun at noon, the lake gently lapping at our feet. With the glistening sand and water around us, Vinny knelt in the ankle-deep water and asked the question that would change everything. Overhead, a flock of herons became the first to know we were engaged as Alexis yelled to them “WE JUST GOT ENGAGED!” Now, as we look ahead to building our life together, we’re grateful for the journey that brought us here. Surrounded by family, friends, and the things that bring us joy, we can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter with all of you.
