It's not easy being a coach. It's even less easy when that team you coach is brand new and consists of eighteen 15-year old girls. After 2 sessions realizing, he was in a bit above his head, Douglas reached out to Jensen (having worked with her in the past) to join the team as an assistant coach and positive role model for the girls. The more time they spent together, the more they realized they didn't want to spend any more time apart. And the rest is history...

Fueled on Blue Slush Hard Cider and hyped after an intense game of 'Politically Incorrect Guess Who' Douglas and Jensen ventured off for what seemed like a leisurely bike ride through the streets of Salem, Ma. Little did Jensen know that this bike ride would end up not so leisurely as daylight was fading and they had to get to their destination in a hurry! The ride ended on a cute little area in the bay known as Winter Island. With a backdrop of an old lighthouse painted with the glow of the setting sun, Douglas set up his phone to take a "self-timer photo," but actually started recording a video. Douglas was then down on one knee and in true Jensen fashion, to the question of, "Will you marry me?" Jensen responded with a resounding "HECK YEAH!" We are so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you!
