FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 21, 2024. If you are still unsure of your attendance by that time, please reach out to us.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please wear semi-formal attire to the wedding ceremony, and cocktail attire to the reception.

Question

What colours should I avoid?

Answer

Please avoid wearing all white or colors that are close to white. White with other colors or obvious patterns is okay.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome to attend the wedding ceremony.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We would be delighted to extend the invite to your significant other for the wedding ceremony. Unfortunately, due to venue capacity, we are not able to make the same accommodation available to everyone for the reception. You can check if you've been given a plus one by entering your name on the RSVP page.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free street parking at the church. Please be mindful of the local parking signs and respectful to the church's neighbors. The reception is located in Griffintown and parking can be difficult to find. The restaurant offers valet service for $10.

Question

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for, and we feel so loved to have you celebrate with us. While we have chosen not to have a gift registry, if you do wish to gift us something on this occasion, we would be appreciative of monetary gifts as we start this new season of life together. A card box will be available at our wedding ceremony and reception. If electronic gifting is easiest for you, our e-transfer is alvinndorothy@gmail.com. Thank you for being a part of our special day.
