When do I need to RSVP by?

We ask that you RSVP by May 15th, 2024.

Answer

When you go to RSVP, you will need to RSVP for the ceremony, social hour, and reception all separately.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

No. The ceremony will take place at Bethlehem Lutheren Church in Saint Cloud, MN. The social hour and reception will take place at The Grands at Mulligans in Sartell, MN. Make sure to enter the LODGE side (left side of the building) of the Grands as there are two entrances.

What side of the Grands at Mulligans is the wedding?

Answer

We are having our wedding on the Lodge side. When looking at the building it is the left side.

What to do in between the ceremony and the reception

Answer

The social hour is optional! You can use this time to check in to the hotel. Just make sure to be back to the venue by 5 :)

Can we bring our children?

Answer

Although we love your children we are keeping this an adult only event due to limited event space. We encourage you to use this evening as a "date night" for yourself! Thank you for your understanding.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your guests name is listed on your invitation and when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

Yes! Our venue offers a shuttle one hour before and after the reception ends to the Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites (They are located side by side each other). Keep in mind, the shuttle does not pick up from the hotel.

Can I leave my car overnight at the reception?

Answer

Yes you can! No specific time you need to pick it up, there is plenty of parking.

Is the dress code?

Answer

Look good, feel good! We encourage you to use this night to dress up and get a little Fancy :) The wedding party is wearing all different colors from pink, yellow, beige, green

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes. We have blocked rooms at the Homewood Suites, Hampton Inn and Suites, and the Holiday Inn in Saint Cloud. See the travel tab for more details on hotel rooms and reservations.

Dinner roll, Spring mix salad, Chicken Florentine with Honey glazed baby carrots and Garlic whipped potatoes
