Shuttle

We have arranged for a shuttle to pick up guests at the DoubleTree Hotel and to bring them to the venue. If the shuttle times don't work for you, we expect that Uber/Lyft should be readily available. Its about a 15 minutes ride between the hotel and venue. To the wedding: The shuttle will arrive at the hotel at 4 pm to begin loading guests. The shuttle will depart to 4:30 pm for the venue. This is the only shuttle to the wedding. Return to the hotel: The shuttle will be making multiple trips from the venue to the hotel after the wedding and for guests attending the after party. The shuttle will be available outside the venue. The bar is right across the street from the venue. Travel Note
There are free parking spaces available in and around Old Ellicott City. We recommend parking in either lot D or F, if you are driving. Parking D is located directly behind the venue but that lot fills up quickly. If parking lot D is full we recommend trying parking lot F which is usually open and a short walk away. Below is a google map that shows the parking lots compared to the venue and the walking path from lot F.

Click the website link below for our wedding block page. Select the "book a room”. 2. Edit the dates if needed for your stay (Either 1/7/22 - 1/9/22 or 1/8/22 - 1/9/22) and select “update”. Then select the number of people staying in your room. You'll notice that the Group Code is already populated, there is no need to adjust the code, it can be left as is. 3.
