We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "[your name] & guest" if a plus one has been given to you.
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults only event unless otherwise specified on your invitation, e.g. "The [Last Name] Family". We encourage you to use this as a date night to relax, socialize, and dance! Thank you for understanding!
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices are put away during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture this special day and we would hate for their shots to have phones in them. We also want to be respectful to the shrine and church service. After the ceremony you can take as many photos as you want!
Our wedding day is going to be "Black Tie Optional/Formal". See an excerpt from The Knot below: Think of black-tie optional guest attire as a fusion between black-tie and formal fashion. You can wear a tuxedo or a floor-length evening gown if you want, but a dark suit with dress pants and nice loafers would be acceptable too. Similarly, a midi or knee-length cocktail dress would also be appropriate instead of a floor-length gown.
Guests must transport themselves to and from the ceremony at the Czestochowa Shrine. However, after the ceremony there will be transportation from the parking lot both hotels share to the reception at PineCrest, and then back to the hotel afterwards. More details to come as we get closer to the wedding!
If you do not RSVP, you will unfortunately not be able to attend the reception. If you were to attend without RSVPing you would not have a seat or a meal. Please RSVP before the deadline! Thank you!
Both the ceremony and the reception will be indoors, although the reception venue, PineCrest Country Club, has a lovely covered outdoor deck area to hangout in.
Yes! Drinks are on us, the hangover is on you! Enjoy!
