Do I have to wear a mask if I have been fully vaccinated for Covid-19?

Answer

Yes, the venue has asked that all guests wear masks when not eating or drinking regardless of vaccination status.

What changes have you made to the wedding plan to reduce the risk from COVID-19?

Answer

We want everyone to feel safe and be safe. Some precautions we are taking: • We ask that you are either vaccinated or have a recent negative COVID test result (< 3 days) prior to the wedding • Reduced guest count • Outdoor venue at less than 50% capacity • Seats and tables will be spaced 6 feet apart during the ceremony and reception • All guests and staff will be required to wear face masks when not eating or drinking • Masks and hand sanitizing stations will be available • Dinner service will be handled in a safe manner (limited guests in line, etc) • Uber & Lyft discount code will be created for guest who do not take the shuttle • Shuttle between hotel and venue will be sanitized prior to use. During the empty leg of the trip, all touchpoints will be wiped using disinfectants. Face mask is mandatory while in the vehicle for drivers and passengers.

Yes! Tours of the Woodlawn mansion will be available to guests during cocktail hour.

Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions. There will be a buffet with various options, but we want to make sure everyone has something to eat!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

There is! We will have a shuttle leaving from and going back to the hotels.
