Chris and I met in February 2020 two weeks before the world shut down because of a worldwide pandemic. Perfect timing right? We had THE best first date ever at Craft Roots Brewery. We laughed the entire night and totally hit it off. Then...Covid hit. Being a nurse in Boston I told Chris that I totally understood if he didn't want to see me anymore.. I was having to go to work at a major city hospital and had the potential to bring home a virus no one knew much about at the time. He told me I was crazy, and we basically saw each other every day until we finally decided to just call it and move in together. Once the cat moved to Hopedale it was a done deal! So Tipps and Sly became brothers. During the pandemic I started slowly making our house a jungle by collecting various houseplants trying to trick Chris into thinking they had been there the whole time. This turned into collecting plants that were "rarer", which turned into us starting our own rare plant business and knowing more about plants than we ever thought possible. We've also collected a few cats and bearded dragons along the way.
