We're getting married!

This love story started in 2021. Both Lexie and Matthew went to Park City, Utah to celebrate their friends' love, expecting nothing more from the night. As the evening went on, laughter and clinking glasses filled the space. Lexie's fun-loving self, caught the eye of Matthew. It was a beautiful morning in Park City, Utah. Lexie and Matthew were back where it all began, where they had first met. This time, it wasn't for a wedding, but for a surprise that Matthew had spent months planning. During Christmas, Matthew gifted Lexie with a beautiful white ski suit. "Wear this on our first day on the mountain," he had said with a playful smile. Lexie, excited by the thoughtful gift, eagerly agreed, unaware of the plans Matthew had already set in motion. Matthew took Lexie to the highest peak in Park City. Matthew is typically very talkative and excited during the first day out on the mountain. On this day, in particular, he was quiet, trying not to show his excitement and nerves. Lexie, eager to be on the mountain, didn't think much of this. The view was breathtaking, and they took it all in as they headed up the mountain! Throughout the trek up the mountain, there were plenty of beautiful photo opportunities that Lexie tried to stop at. She turned to him, her eyes growing bigger with genuine curiosity. He dropped to one knee, pulling a small box from his pocket. Lexie's jaw dropped to the floor, her hands flying to her mouth as tears filled her eyes. "Lexie I love you, will you marry me?" he blurted out loud. Everything else he had prepared escaped his mind, these were the only words he could get out in that moment! As they embraced, the world seemed to celebrate with them! Skiers and snowboarders passed by cheering "Congrats!" as they zoomed down the mountain. It was a moment frozen in time, a memory they would cherish forever—a day they would never forget.
