We’re getting married!

Jessica and Eric met on the first day of Kindergarten. Throughout their school years they sat in alphabetical order making it the perfect opportunity for their friendship to develop. In Grammar school, Eric asked her to be his valentine and in High School they became closer, began dating and eventually went to the prom together. They had a long distance relationship in college, and their relationship has grown with each day since. They are soul mates, best friends, and look forward to seeing what the future holds for them as a couple.

Amidst a pandemic, Eric was determined to finally pop THE question. He brought Jessica to Central Park, where her grandparents were married, under the guise of a stroll and the promise of brunch in the city. He nervously held the ring in his pocket, constantly patting and holding it to ensure it was still secure meanwhile secretly using google maps to navigate them to Wagner’s Cove. As they stepped down the wooden stairs, Eric locked eyes with the photographer who was inconspicuously photographing nearby scenery and knew the moment was upon them. As they moved underneath the pavilion directly on The Lake in Central park he took her by the hands and began to tell her how much he loved her. The expression on Jessica’s face immediately began to change from confusion to the realization of what was happening and before she could react, Eric got on one knee and asked “Jessica Lynn Domke, will you marry me?”. Of course, she said yes! Eric, in his nervousness, had forgotten to take out the ring while popping the question and quickly fumbled for it in his pocket once Jessica said yes. The ring shimmered in the sun as she slid it on her finger and thus begun the newest chapter in the story of Jessica and Eric.
