Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! All travel to Mexico requires an up to date passport. If you need to update your passport, please do so at least 6 months in advance. Wait times have been long and we would hate for you to miss out on the fun! Also note, your passport book should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel. Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, we kindly request you leave them at home for this special day. If you would like to bring your kids to the resort, they are absolutely welcome, but please note that they will not be allowed at wedding events. There are babysitting services offered at the resort, if needed. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, please only bring a plus one if specified on your RSVP.

Will you be sending out a paper RSVP?

Answer

No, we won’t! This page is our official invite and rsvp platform- please use it to get all your information and to rsvp for any wedding events.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Cocktail Attire We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us and feel their best! We kindly ask that you avoid jeans, shorts and colors traditionally reserved for the bride. Spring colors encouraged! Please note, all wedding events will be held outdoors so please keep this in mind when deciding on your attire.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

If you have an allergy, or special dietary needs, please indicate this on your RSVP.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All of our wedding day events will be held outdoors, with access to indoor areas for restrooms. Hand fans will be provided for the comfort of our guests.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony (no phones or cameras). We have hired professional photographers to capture this moment for us. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like!

Is the resort all-inclusive?

Answer

Yes! The only expenses incurred once you arrive at the resort would be tips and excursions, if you chose to partake in either.

Dreams vs Secrets: which side should I choose?

Answer

Our chosen resort has two sides. The dreams side is kid friendly, but has limited access to some of the pools, restaurants and bars that are reserved for adults only. The secrets side is adults only and has access to all of the resort, excluding the preferred areas (which can be added to your room category for an extra charge, but is absolutely not necessary). If I book in the dreams or standard room category will I still have access to all of your wedding events?

Answer

Absolutely! All of our events will take place in areas open to both the dreams and secrets sides of the resorts. The main difference between the two sides is kid friendly vs adult only.

I am coming alone, can I book a room for 1?

Answer

Absolutely! Unfortunately, rooms are more costly for single-person rooms due to the fact that all-inclusive rooms are intended for 2 people, but we are happy to help put you in touch with another single-person room if that is of interest.
