Sophie is Dominique's oldest cousin and her first role model. Sophie helped to shape Dominique's childhood and her worldview, a lot of her taste and a lot of her personality she still attributes to the time she spent with Sophie.

Damien is the brother of the Bride. When Nathan first came into the fold, he had an expectation of tension with Damien, as he was dating Damien's sister. That has never once been the case.
