Distance from Airport to Event Locations: - Wedding Venue : 40 min drive - Courtyard Charlotte Hotel : 10 min drive Complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport and hotel. Both rideshare (Uber, Lyft etc.) and rental cars are also available at additional cost.

Courtyard by Marriott Charlotte Airport/Billy Graham Parkway

Discounted rooms ended 8/5/2022, but you can still book directly with the hotel. There is a complimentary shuttle that runs 24/7 to locations within a 3 mile radius. This radius includes the CLT airport, and the OMB Brewery (Saturday's Welcome drink location). On Sunday, there will also be complimentary transportation provided to and from the Wedding Venue (30 min distance drive).

Shuttle from Courtyard to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens

September 4, 2022 3:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Shuttle will leave promptly for the Wedding at 3:30. After the ceremony the shuttle will be running every hour from the reception back to the main hotel. Please note there is a 30 minute commute between both locations.
