Area Information
The reception is held in Odessa, FL which is a residential area about 30 minutes north of Tampa Bay. Many of our guests are coming from out of town and we suggest if you're making a vacation out of your trip to consider other parts of town for more to do! Tampa Bay If the city is more your vibe Tampa Bay has so much to offer. Check out the Channel District, Ybor City, and Hyde Park for walkable lively areas. Tampa Bay is very large so if staying in this area expect downtown traffic. Clearwater Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches, walkable downtown, take a boat cruise, and enjoy local eats. We recommend the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach and Opal Sands Resort for great hotels to stay right on the beach. St. Petersburg St. Pete is a great mix of city and beach. There is a vibrant art scene with great museums, local eateries, and a very unique city feel.
