After several weeks of planning to hang out and it never happening, the day finally came. Nate planned for the two of them to finally meet at a new bar in South Austin, but upon Dominique arriving she noticed it was closed. She makes her first phone call to Nate to tell him that she won't be coming bc of some random excuse. She hears Nate cuss for the first time, chuckles, and says "just kidding" lol. He comes up with a plan B and they meet up at Moontower Saloon where they immediately connect and have a great time. To extend the night they take things back to... get your head out of the gutter, they go play mini golf duh! Things go well and they make plans for date number two and the rest is history.

To kick off Dominique's birthday week we leave the blistering heat of Texas behind us and head to the unknown territory of the Cayman Islands. Little do we know, we are forced to drive on the opposite side of the road and the weather is just as hot. Great start. Evening starts to roll around and Nate informs Dominique that they are going to do a sunset picnic on the beach to kick things off. They head to store to grab a bottle of wine and start off their vacation with a bang. They arrive at the beach and find a stunning picnic setup filled with all of Dominique's favorite things. She get's suspicious but doesn't notice anything in Nates pockets so she continues to enjoy her treats. They finish their meal and head out to the water to watch the sunset. Nate tells Dominique there's something in the sky and as she turns to look the lord pushes Nate down onto one knee and he pulls out a ring while beads of sweat fall from his face. The heavens have answered all of our prayers, but she doesn't believe it until she notices a photographer in the distance. From here she says "Yes"and then their new journey of life begins. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in ATX!
