Shuttle

A shuttle will be provided to and from the venue for guests staying at Eagle Ridge Resort. The venue shuttle will pick up and drop off at the main hotel (444 Eagle Ridge Dr, Galena, IL 61036). Below is the schedule: 3:15pm: Shuttle arrives to Eagle Ridge 3:25pm: Shuttle departs for Oak Hill Farm 9:30pm: Early shuttle departs Oak Hill for Eagle Ridge 11:00pm: Final shuttle departs Oak Hill for Eagle Ridge If you staying at Eagle Ridge but are not staying at the main hotel, you will need to meet the shuttle there. You can either drive and park in the main hotel lot OR call an Eagle Ridge shuttle to bring you to the main hotel. This service is complimentary and only available to Eagle Ridge guests. To schedule an Eagle Ridge shuttle please call 815.777.5000 and schedule it at least 45 minutes in advance.

The property offers a mix of hotel rooms, 1-3 bedroom condos/villas and rental homes. If you plan to stay in Galena for the full weekend we highly recommend this resort! The resort has (4) golf courses, tennis courts, a pool, lake with kayak and pontoon rentals and much more! Minimum 2-night stay is required Eagle Ridge also offers a complimentary shuttle service within the resort and to downtown Galena for all guests. You must book your hotel/house directly through Eagle Ridge to take advantage of this perk. ~ 30 minute drive to Oak Hill Farm - transportation will be provided

Uber/Lyft are not always easily accessible in Galena. Alternative transportation options for guests not staying at Eagle Ridge include... Venue Parking: Oak Hill Farm has a large parking lot for any guest who wishes to drive themselves. Galena General Express (815-275-5546): It is recommended to book in advance.

For guests flying in, please note there are no airports super close to Galena. Therefore, you will likely need a rental car as well. The (2) best airport options are: O'hare International Airport - 2 hours and 20 minutes from Galena Madison International Airport - 1 hour and 45 minutes from Galena
