If you come to town Thursday, we encourage you to venture downtown sometime between 6pm-10pm and enjoy the street fair!
We definitely recommend taking the thrilling ride up the mountain to enjoy the view and/or a drink at Peaks Restaurant. For the adventurers, plan on some more time to hike and explore Mt. San Jacinto State Park! Would recommend doing this early in the day! If the tickets are unavailable online, you may still be able to book them in person. Plan at least 3-5 hours of time.
Palm Springs is located near so many beautiful, renowned, hiking trails. Some require payment (those located on Indian Reservations), while others are free!
Downtown Palm Springs from top to bottom is about 1 mile, or 20 minutes walking. Enjoy fun, eclectic shopping, with many great places to grab a bit or drink (see below).
