Welcome to the beginning of our forever

Aimee and Bobby met how modern couples meet nowadays, online (on Tinder), well over 8 years ago... when it wasn't "trendy". Aimee was embarrassed about meeting on this app, so she didn't want to go into details about how they met with her family because to be honest she didn't know if it would even last as long as it has (LOL sorry bobby, I love you), so she just said she met him at school lol (sorry fam). Aimee required some convincing from Bobby to even get her phone number because she didn't trust easily at the time. We had each others snapchats for awhile, until Aimee gave in. Bobby asked her out on a date right before first semester finals at Moraine Valley. Aimee was hesitant to go as she hadn't studied for her Spanish final at all. Aimee decided to go on the date, on one condition, he had to help her study for her final. We went to Portillos for our first date, per Aimee's request, as it was a halfway point between us and in public. Bobby was quiet and kind and interested in what Aimee had to say as she blabbed her mouth out the whole date (as she does when she's nervous) and devoured her food while Bobby stared at her gracefulness (LOL). It was a great date, but let's be honest, no quality studying got done. As we walked to the car, Bobby held her hand which fit perfectly in hers. In the car, we talked for a good hour and got some ice cream at Baskin Robbins. We also had our first kiss in the car which felt so right and perfect to the both of us ("sparks", as people would say), almost as if we were meant to be together. In the drive-thru line at Baskin Robbins, Bobby's best friend Michael called and asked him to hang out. Bobby obviously declined because he was on a date. Michael was on speaker and made sure Aimee was aware of how good of a guy Bobby is. Aimee could sense that that was the truth as Bobby was a gentleman that entire night. Aimee finally felt comfortable letting her guard down and giving Bobby a chance. To this day, there isn't a doubt in our minds that we aren't soulmates. We definitely have met in another life before as our connection is intuitive and magnetic. We are so eternally grateful that we swiped right on each other 8, almost 9 years ago <3
