We’re getting married!

Alex and I met on December 6, 2019. I was out with my girls, and he was with a mutual friend named Kyle. I thought he was very cute, so I told my friend Kyle that his friend was hot. Not only did I say that, but I also stated that he was going to be my future boyfriend. From then on, we were inseparable. Alex and I started dating on January 10, 2020. A few months later, Alex had to leave for deployment. That’s how our first nine months were. Alex returned in October. After the new year of 2021, Alex was getting ready to be stationed somewhere else. We didn’t know what we were going to do. We didn’t want to try long-distance again because we were so in love and didn’t want to separate. Alex asked me to move with him. We moved together to Texas in April 2021. The first year of living in Texas was a big change. I was definitely homesick. Alex was always there for me and made me feel safe. Two and a half years later, we are still living in Texas, and now Alex is retired from the Army. We moved from the military town to a small town in Elgin, Texas. Alex proposed to me on June 30th at the Illenium concert. I knew from the very beginning that this was where I was supposed to be. Alex is my whole world. I am so excited to be your wife.
