As the story goes, we met online through Christian Mingle. After texting back and forth for a few weeks, we finally spoke on the phone....and talked for over 4 hours! After a few marathon phone calls, Stephen booked a flight to Florida to take Jessica out on a date. They went to Ruth Chris Steakhouse in Fort Lauderdale on their first date and he first kissed her under the stars on the Deerfield Beach, where she grew up. Their second date was a ski trip to Snowshoe Mountain in West Virginia. After crashing multiple times the first day, and hitting her head after accidentally jumping off the ski lift too late, Jessica surely thought Stephen would never want to hang out again...but alas, he did. After traveling back and forth between Tennessee and Florida for over a year, Stephen asked Jessica to join him in Nashville, and so on August 1, 2018 she left the only place she'd ever called home and ventured to the Music City to start a new life with Stephen and their dog Jackson P! On February 22, 2019, Stephen surprised Jessica with a date night to remember at Ruth Chris Steakhouse in Nashville. He got down on one knee and asked her to be his wife. Then, just in case that part didn't already leave her speechless (which it did!) he had secretly set up a Meet and Greet with Country Music artist Dierks Bentley (with the help of Dr. Rachel Bernstein of course!). The night was magical in every way possible. Over the last few months, they have worked on countless DIY wedding projects together while Stephan has graciously dealt with all of Jessica's perfectionism's. At the end of the day, they are just excited to be surrounded by all of their friends and family as they become husband and wife. We can't wait to celebrate with all of you on October 12, 2019 in Nashville!!
