Daniella is one of Nicole’s first cousins who had the pleasure of growing up living just a few minutes apart. Sharing the same friend group from preschool to high school, they developed a special bond from playing sports together to sneaking out to parties together. Daniella is now Nicole’s spring break/winter safe haven living in Tampa, Florida. Daniella cannot wait to be the maid of honor to celebrate these two special people.

Ryan met Eric in the fall of 95 He smelled a little and he wasn’t very talkative, but Ryan could tell that he had love for him that he couldn’t have for anyone else. Through the years they watched multiple WWE videos and played lots of 21 in the driveway. Ryan and Eric always had each other’s backs and always will.

Nicole and Allison have been best friends for the last 25 years! They grew up as neighbors so they spent almost everyday together and were basically sisters. They bonded over their love for cheerleading, country music, full house & everything in between. Even though Nicole's favorite color was purple and Allison's was pink, and Nicole LOVED Justin Bieber and Allison loved the Jonas brothers they were still the best of friends. Nicole is the kind of friend that will always be there for you no matter what. Who will call AT&T to get your service turned back on when your parents turned it off. Who will walk over (not in the dark tho) when you had a bad day. And pretend to like dogs just because she knows you love them. Allison is so lucky to have had a friend like her for the past 25 years :) Growing up together they have been a part of each others best memories, and Allison can not wait to stand by her side on Nicole's greatest adventure yet!

Eric and Anthony were randomly assigned as locker partners in seventh grade, and they have been buddies ever since. Thank you Jane Addams Junior High.

Ashley and Nicole first met in early elementary school when they were on the same cheerleading team and became best friends in high school. From LZ elite, many cheerleading trips and adventures, high school shenanigans, and now post grad memories, these two have remained just as close!

Eric just can’t get away from a good time, which is part of what makes him such a great friend. From closing down bars to comparing wedding plans, Chris and Eric’s friendship has come full circle. They say you pay for your friends when you join a frat, if that’s the case, Eric was a true bargain.

Brittany and Nicole started as strangers majoring in education at ISU, clueless on becoming teachers, to quickly becoming best friends Brittany can’t imagine life without. From drinking at Brewhas and Pub then non stop craving La Bamba in the morning, writing 30 page lesson plans confusing each other along the way, mini vacations around the Midwest and graduating together. Now, adjusting our morning commute times so that we can now talk everyday on the way to teach Kindergarten, competing who can purchase the biggest and comfiest clothes, begging Nicoles parents to fund every idea we’ve had, to now planning our future lives alongside each other, all while Nick and Carlene secretly wish Brittany was their second daughter. Through all the laughs and tears, Brittany is honored to be able to stand by Nicole's side while she marries her 2nd best friend, Eric. Cheers to a lifetime of happiness to these two.

Eric is, and always will be, one of Connor’s greatest friends because he is loyal, fun, and caring. He is also very forgiving - he chose to still be Connor’s friend even after Connor committed 5 consecutive offside penalties during a Schaumburg Vikings football game in which we were teammates. Eric is generally a very good person who is liked by all. Connor is proud and privileged that Eric calls Connor one of his best friends.

Though Caitlin and Nicole originally met in college because their boyfriends (now fiancés) were friends, Nicole and Caitlin quickly outdid them by becoming best friends ourselves! As a selfless, charismatic, and caring person, Nicole is the definition of a perfect friend. Caitlin is so excited to be forever “double date” partners with the most incredible couple, she can’t wait to watch them tie the knot!

As Schaumburg Prom King 2014, Stopka will not be speaking in 3rd person. Furthermore, Eric and I go way back, 12 years to the Saxons freshman football fields. Where blood, sweat, and tears (tears mainly by Eric) created our friendship. Which continued throughout all 4 years of high school, as co-captains of the wrestling team. I’m thankful to call you a friend and honored to be apart of your big day, like you were on mine. The Saxons singlet may make an appearance under my suit at the wedding, in case you need a “loop de loop” as Rhonda would say, to get you down the aisle. Congratulations buddy.

Mike first met Eric at one of his early in the game visits to the DiMaggio house. After more visits to the DiMaggio house and many fun trips to ISU, Chicago, Cincy, Philly, and NY it was clear to Mike that Eric would be a great addition to the family. Although it took until the engagement for Mike to save Eric’s number in his phone, he is very excited to be by brother Eric’s side on the big day! Still unclear how he deals with Nicole on a daily basis but the family is forever thankful!
Favi Mendoza

Favi and Nicole met in college junior year. Nicole quickly became one of Favi's besties and was always up for crazy ideas like walking to La Bamba during a blizzard or going on a 2 mile run after a long night at fat jacks. Favi and Nicole managed to graduate college and somehow buy houses within 4 minutes of each other. Being apart of each others college and post college lives has been a blast. Favi can’t wait to continue to make these memories and although we are grown up, Favi hopes Carlene can still make us some of those homemade pumpkin cookies that always hit the spot.

Eric and Durkin didn’t quite get off to the best start in the beginning (aka Eric hated Durkin) but eventually he couldn’t resist the Durkin charm. Ever since then, they’ve become best friends, roommates, and now groomsmen to each other. This is mostly due to the both of them having a very immature mindset that most people will never understand.

Maggie went to high school with Nicole and they became even closer after Nicole decided to attend ISU. Nicole then became Maggie's little in their sorority. Needless to say, Maggie was then the "mother" of Nicole and Eric! They have all been friends ever since!

Eric and Smis friendships started because they’re idiotic humor couldnt be outmatched. Whether it’s Eric hopping in smis madden franchise to throw a pick 6 or Smi telling Eric he hates him for the 1000th time. Eric and Smis friendship is like the worlds best cup of coffee.

It all started when Phil was a Teacher’s Assistant in Eric’s manufacturing class senior year of high school. When Phil announced he was going back to ISU to get a teaching degree, Eric said “Phil, we are going to rage together every weekend at ISU!”, which got the response of “No Eric, that will never ever happen ever.” Sure enough, in the very first class at 8am on the very first day at ISU, Eric walked into the classroom, saw Phil, and asked “Did we just become best friends?”. Phil knew at that moment Eric and him were going to go home, do karate in the garage, watch Shark Week, and become best friends. Since then, they have been inseparable. (Literally, Eric and Phil teach at neighboring high schools in the same district.)

From freshman year roommates, crazy colleges nights of frat parties, pub Wednesdays, chasers Thursdays, trying to uber back to Farmer Sam’s the morning after barn dance, writing letters to the Kraft Mac & Cheese company when they forget to put Olaf in the pack, and many more - to now best friends, wine nights (shot nights? - lolzz) & sharing the same passion of working with the little ones! Megan and Nicole have been through sooo many walks of life together and always have the best time!!

Even though Eric believes a fake dog is real, Eric is still an amazing friend. Eric is always there with a power tool to help a friend in need; especially when they are not allowed.
