The Lincoln Memorial, which is located directly across from the Washington Monument and separated by the Reflecting Pool, was the site of our engagement pictures!

The Smithsonian Institution offers a number of museums & attractions in & around Washington, D.C., including the Air & Space Museum, American History Museum, Freer Gallery of Art, & much, much more. The best part? They are all free!
Nationals Park
Catch a game at Nats Park, home of the 2019 World Series Champions! We have spent several sunny weekend afternoons with friends and family here and can confirm that the drinks, snacks, and views are always top-notch.

The National Zoo
The site of our very first date in August 2015, The National Zoo is home to more than 2,000 animals, including some of the planet’s most critically endangered species. The Zoo leads the Smithsonian's global efforts to save species, & is a fantastic, fun, educational, & free activity for all.
