For those who would like to spend time with us prior to the wedding or meet our families, please plan to be in the area by October 30, 2024 and no later than October 31, 2024. If you'd like to see us afterwards, or turn the rest of your time here into a small vacation, we recommend staying through the weekend.
We ask that all guests begin to arrive at 3:15 PM and be ready for the ceremony seating time at 3:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:45 PM. While you wait, please enjoy the scenery and beauty of the venue.
Because we are prioritizing settling down into our life together as husband and wife, we ask that guests who are feeling generous either present gifts in cash or stick to the items on our registry. Our registry does have donation funds available as well if you would like. There will also be a card box at the event.
During the ceremony, we ask that all guests put away their phones as we will be having both a photographer and videographer. Outside of the ceremony, please feel free to take photos and enjoy the beauty of our venue.
Absolutely not! Our venue provides ample parking as well as 2 parking attendants to help direct the flow of traffic into the venue.
Please do not bring your own alcohol into the venue. All alcoholic beverages are required by the venue to be served by our licensed and insured bartender. We will be having an OPEN BAR for all to enjoy! If you'd like to have drinks prior to your arrival, please feel free to do so!
Unfortunately, due to the safety of guests and the property, we ask that you do not carry weapons or firearms into the venue. Please either leave these items at home or secured otherwise past the entrance of the venue coming from the parking lot.
Yes! Please let us know if you or your family may need any special accommodations as we will let our event coordinator know.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The reception will be held at the same venue and be indoors. Please plan ahead accordingly!
Yes! The venue will be providing basic toiletries during the event time. Both the men and women's restrooms are air-conditioned and temperature-controlled with a wheelchair accessible or family-use stall.
No. Due to the amount of accommodations near the venue and each person's personal budget, it is difficult to arrange a single shuttle service. We recommend either utilizing ride-share services as many accommodations are within 20 minutes of the venue.
Our reception menu proteins will consist of beef and chicken. If you have any other dietary restrictions that you are concerned about, please reach out to us.
All guests must depart the venue by 10 PM.
Both Disney and Universal will be doing the special theme nights for Halloween. Additionally, Disney will be starting its Christmas events that weekend.
