Is there a dress code or certain colors you would like guests to avoid?

Answer

Guests should refrain from wearing the color burgundy as it will be the theme color for the wedding. Dress code is semi-formal. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with tie and women wear a midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates."

Could I bring additional +1 guests?

Answer

Due to the size limitations of the venue, we have addressed each invitation to specify you and your expected guests. If you have questions about your invitation, please contact us.

When should we fly or drive in for the event?

Answer

For those who would like to spend time with us prior to the wedding or meet our families, please plan to be in the area by October 30, 2024 and no later than October 31, 2024. If you'd like to see us afterwards, or turn the rest of your time here into a small vacation, we recommend staying through the weekend.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

We ask that all guests begin to arrive at 3:15 PM and be ready for the ceremony seating time at 3:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:45 PM. While you wait, please enjoy the scenery and beauty of the venue.

What should we do about gifts?

Answer

Because we are prioritizing settling down into our life together as husband and wife, we ask that guests who are feeling generous either present gifts in cash or stick to the items on our registry. Our registry does have donation funds available as well if you would like. There will also be a card box at the event.

Am I allowed to take photos?

Answer

During the ceremony, we ask that all guests put away their phones as we will be having both a photographer and videographer. Outside of the ceremony, please feel free to take photos and enjoy the beauty of our venue.

Will parking be an issue?

Answer

Absolutely not! Our venue provides ample parking as well as 2 parking attendants to help direct the flow of traffic into the venue.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Answer

Please do not bring your own alcohol into the venue. All alcoholic beverages are required by the venue to be served by our licensed and insured bartender. We will be having an OPEN BAR for all to enjoy! If you'd like to have drinks prior to your arrival, please feel free to do so!

Does the venue allow me to carry a firearm?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to the safety of guests and the property, we ask that you do not carry weapons or firearms into the venue. Please either leave these items at home or secured otherwise past the entrance of the venue coming from the parking lot.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know if you or your family may need any special accommodations as we will let our event coordinator know.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The reception will be held at the same venue and be indoors. Please plan ahead accordingly!

Are the bathrooms accessible as well?

Answer

Yes! The venue will be providing basic toiletries during the event time. Both the men and women's restrooms are air-conditioned and temperature-controlled with a wheelchair accessible or family-use stall.

Will you have a shuttle to and from the venue?

Answer

No. Due to the amount of accommodations near the venue and each person's personal budget, it is difficult to arrange a single shuttle service. We recommend either utilizing ride-share services as many accommodations are within 20 minutes of the venue.

How are you accommodating food allergies and intolerances?

Answer

Our reception menu proteins will consist of beef and chicken. If you have any other dietary restrictions that you are concerned about, please reach out to us.

What time will the wedding end?

Answer

All guests must depart the venue by 10 PM.

What other events are happening the same week of the wedding?

Answer

Both Disney and Universal will be doing the special theme nights for Halloween. Additionally, Disney will be starting its Christmas events that weekend.
