Diana and John met in the summer of 2016 during Music on Main- a recurring summer event where local bands play live music in the streets of downtown Bozeman. Every music on main, Diana and her girlfriends picked their favorite summer outfits and headed downtown to enjoy an evening filled with music, sunshine and lots of fun. One of these evenings was particularly special- as you can all guess- it was the day they met! Diana and her girlfriends stopped by the Legion bar where John worked part time as a bouncer. As she walked in she immediately noticed the oh-so-handsome guy with those kind and striking blue eyes. As she handed him her ID she just had to blurt out "has anybody told you, you are really cute" (something she never ever does!). John, because he is always has to be witty and cool replied "I might have heard that once or twice haha." John tried to play it cool but he was nervous. He knew right away that she was going to be important to him.

On a Sunday afternoon Diana and John bundled up and snowshoed to the bunkhouse. Once they stepped into the bunkhouse Diana noticed the wooden table with a bottle of champagne and candles. As she turned around to ask him about it, he went down on one knee and asked her to make him the luckiest man.
