When should I book my room?

As soon as you know you will be able to attend! Rooms can be reserved for $150 pp by clicking on the Dreams Tulum Resort icon on the travel tab or at https://theklapetzkys.destify.com This will redirect you to a third party site, Destify that we have teamed up with to keep our group organized and to maximize group perks. Please book no later than May 30, 2025

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Answer
Formal Attire WOMEN: midi or full length gowns and dressy jumpsuits (whatever makes you feel fabulous) MEN: Full suit is encouraged, tuxedos are welcome, it's your vacation, go all out! However other less formal options include: Option (1) button-down, jackets, slacks, with loafers, NO tie. Option (2) button-down, tie, slack, NO jacket. Please, no jeans, shorts, or flip-flops (save this for the beach day). Be mindful of the weather and plan accordingly.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Due to the formality of the venue and limited space, we do ask that you refer to your invitation RSVP to find out if you have been designated a plus one.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?
Answer
Yes! Kids are certainly welcome! There is an “explorer club” for kids age 3-12 with planned activities every hour either in the Clubhouse, or around the hotel. You can sign your child up for this when you arrive at the resort of this is something that they would enjoy, however all festivities are kid-friendly! Additionally, child care services are available for an additional cost. Please contact concierge services for details.

IS THERE AN AIRPORT SHUTTLE AVAILABLE?
Answer
Yes! This can be reserved in advance when you book your accommodations through Destify. However, you can also book a driver online at a later date, the hotel recommends Amstar. If flying into the Tulum airport (TQO) we recommend using the taxi service “jungle shuttle” if you forget to make a reservation!
