When is the big day?
Answer
Our ceremony will be held on Tuesday 4th August 2026 at The Matara in Tetbury. You are also invited to our welcome drinks the night before our ceremony at Kingscote Park House, on site at The Matara

What accommodation is available?
Answer
We have reserved Kingscote House Park for a 3 day intimate affair. The main house has 10 bedrooms, but we have also reserved 4 Zen rooms at the Matara to ensure there is room for everybody. The price is £175 for two nights as our venue offers two nights for the price of one during weekday celebrations

Answer
Kingscote Park House and The Matara are both at Kingscote Park; Set in 28 acres of beautiful gardens. The postcode is GL8 8YA

What is the dress code?
Answer
The attire is formal cocktail garden party. Black tie optional. Dress to impress!
Question
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Answer
We have not added plus ones as we selected an intimate package, celebrating our day with our nearest and dearest. This means we are restricted to 30 guests.

Is this a child free wedding?
Answer
Aside from family, we are keeping the guest list restricted to fit our intimate event.
Question
What food will be served? Can you cater to dietary requirements?
Answer
We'll be serving canapés and fizz at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner. We will send out a choice of entree after our formal invitations. Let us know of any dietary requirements and catering can be adapted.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Answer
We encourage everybody to take lots and lots of photos of the big day! However, we will be having an unplugged ceremony and do ask that you refrain from posting any of the intimate details on social media before we get the chance to.
