We have a block of rooms reserved at the Home Inn & Suites Yorkton for the 8th and 9th. The last day to book is July 8. However, we were only able to block off 20 rooms, so we strongly encourage booking as early as possible to ensure you get one! This is where the bus will be picking people up and dropping back off.

House Or Rental
Guests are welcome to set up a camper or tent at the Ruf Farm where the wedding will be held. We love this option so we can see you for longer and so you can party as long as you'd like! Please text Hana (306-621-9119) or Devon (306-736-3123) and let them know if you will be using this option so we can plan accordingly. Set up can be done Friday or Saturday morning, but please know the backyard will be off-limits on Friday and Saturday morning as we get ready and do rehearsal.
Shuttle
August 9, 2025 1:45 pm - 1:30 am
We have Engelheim bus charters booked to shuttle people to and from Yorkton. FIRST BUS OUT: leaves Home Inn & Suites Yorkton at 1:45 pm sharp. This will put you at the venue early but there will be games, drinks, and snacks while you wait. SECOND BUS OUT: leaves Home Inn & Suites Yorkton at 3:15 pm sharp. Arrive at venue ~30 mins before ceremony. THE BUS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO TAKE ANYONE BACK TO YORKTON AFTER THE RECEPTION. You are welcome to leave your vehicle at the farm and come back for it the following day (and join us for more festivities when you do so)! There will be two buses going from the venue back to Yorkton. FIRST BUS BACK: leaves the wedding at 11:00 pm SECOND BUS BACK: leaves the wedding at 1:30 am
