We met at O'Connor's in Brookfield, CT! I was out with friends and Bryan walked by me. I grabbed his arm and said "I like your shirt." We spent the rest of the night talking and dancing. Who knew it was the beginning of our love story? Here we are getting married 6 years later!

It was March 12, 2021. I had plans to go to my sister's in Cambridge to have a girls night. I was having a really awesome day and was even more excited that Bryan wanted to come to dinner with us. On the drive to Cambridge, my sister texted me and asked us to meet her by the Charles River near the MIT campus. She was hoping to grab some golden hour photos of us for her photography account. When we got there, Emma was sitting on a bench and walked right up to me to hug me. I then noticed a guitar case on the bench where she had been sitting. I was really concerned that someone just left their instument there. Bryan was walking towards it and I said "ew, Bryan COVID" when he reached to open the case. He then grabbed his guitar and sat down on the bench and invited me to sit beside him. I looked at my sister in complete shock and remembered my face quivering not sure if I should squeal with excitement or cry. Bryan played me the song I Got a Diamond in My Pocket by Cody Johnson and then walked me over to the water and got down on one knee. The whole time I couldn't believe that it was happening! I was so shocked. I was so happy that he was able to surprise me and so touched that he played that song for me!
