How do we get to Vail from Denver Airport?

Mountain formal/ Cocktail/ Garden What does that mean? It means I (Devlin) LOVE a great outfit. Please wear something that you feel amazing in! It is usually hot during the day and cooler at night. no jeans, no khakis. Please bring/ wear shoes you can dance/ walk in.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We have created an "arrival window" of 45 min before the ceremony. There will be beverages served and whether you are driving, bussing, walking, or taking an Uber or Cab just give yourself and your party enough time to travel from where you are staying to the pavilion.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Yes. But if you plan to indulge in adult beverages please make sure you coordinate a ride home.

Eagle-Vail (where the wedding is) is located right in-between Vail and Avon. There are SO many options for Airbnbs, hotels, and even camping! Anywhere between Vail and Edwards would be an excellent option.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

OF COURSE! We will have the major bases covered (gluten free & dairy free) options, but please let us know if you have any food allergy! There will be an option when you rsvp to let us know of your allergies.
