Shuttle from Main Hotel to Welcome BBQ
October 11, 2025 1:30 pm - 6:30 pm
A shuttle will be taking guests to the Welcome Party from the Hampton Inn and Suites - even if you are not staying there, you are invited to take the shuttle! It will pick you up in front of the hotel at 1:30pm, and bring you back to the hotel around 6:30pm.

Shuttle from Main Hotel to Ceremony & Reception
October 12, 2025 4:00 pm - 10:30 pm
A shuttle will be picking up the guests for the ceremony in front of the Hampton Inn & Suites promptly at 4:00pm for a 4:30pm ceremony start. The shuttle will pick guests up at The Guild at 10:15pm, and drop off at the hotel around 10:30. Guests are invited to walk to the afterparty. There is limited parking (and an open bar!) so we strongly encourage you to use our shuttle or Uber to the venue - so the party can last all night!
