Question
Can I Stay at a Different Resort/Hotel/Airbnb?
Answer
No! Wedding guests must stay on the Casa De Campo property for a minimum of 3 nights and book through the room block provided by the bride and groom. There are no exceptions. Guests that book outside of the room block WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to participate in the wedding events. Dominican residents can stay for a one night minimum with proof of residency at check in. When filling out the room block form simply state you are a Dominican resident.

Where Are The Ceremony and Reception Taking Place?

The ceremony is at ~Altos de Chavon~ The cocktail hour/reception is at ~Flamboyan Reception Hall~ *there will be buses taking guests to and from the hotel to the ceremony and then to the cocktail hour/reception*

What Time Should I Arrive?
Answer
Church ceremony starts at 5 pm : kindly arrive at least a half hour before to find seating Cocktail hour starts at 6:30 pm Reception starts at 7:30 pm

Is There A Dress Code?
Answer
Our welcome party is all white. Our wedding event is cocktail attire. Please no jeans, sneakers, baseball caps or athleisure. ABSOLUTELY NO RED OR WHITE! For the men, please refrain from wearing tan suits. Please keep in mind, the wedding ceremony is on cobble stone. We recommend for the women to wear appropriate shoes (flats, thick heels, sandals etc.) Our after party is beach attire.

Are Kids Welcome?
Answer
Unless they are in the bridal party, our event is adults-only. While we absolutely love your little ones, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can party all night with us the night of the wedding. Children will be allowed at the welcome party and the day after party.

Can I Bring A Date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on each wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Can I Take Pictures During The Ceremony?
Answer
Of course you can. We would love nothing more than to have all angles and views of our special day. We kindly ask that you do not block the photographers or videographers during the ceremony as they need the best views possible.

Should I Bring A Gift To Your Destinatiton Wedding?
Answer
Since you’re traveling for our wedding, making the trip is a gift in itself — physical gifts or cards are absolutely not necessary! Though if you do choose to bring a card or make a donation to the linked option in our registry, it would of course be greatly appreciated.

Is The Registry For the Bridal Shower Only?
Answer
Yes! Our registry is strictly for the bridal shower. If you choose to browse our wedding registry, any items on the list can be shipped directly to our home address, and donations to our linked categories are very appreciated. You may also choose to have the gift delivered to your home so you can bring it to the shower yourself if that option is better for you.

Will Transportation Be Provided To & From the Hotel, Ceremony & Reception?
Answer
Yes. You can pay for transportation to and from the airport as part of your booking with Here and Away travels. Please reach out to Jess and Jayme for further information. You are more than welcome to find transportation directly at the airport or other websites. We will have shuttle busses going to the ceremony from the hotel and back from the ceremony to the reception.
