Are my kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, we really do! Unless your child was specifically listed on your invitation, we ask that you get a baby sitter for the night, and come out to celebrate with us as a parents-night-out! Our venue has very limited space, so we would be unable to accommodate any extra people. Thank you for understanding!

When should I arrive to the venue?

Please arrive by 3:30pm - The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm on Navy Point.

Will there be parking on site?

Yes! Parking will be at the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Festive Attire: a mix of cocktail and semi-formal For Ladies: Opt for a chic cocktail dress, gown, or a stylish jumpsuit, in any color or pattern. Chunky heels or flats are recommended, as the venue consists of grass, gravel, and wooden decks. For Gentlemen: A suit or sport jacket in any color or pattern with a dress shirt, tie or bowtie optional, and comfortable shoes will fit perfectly for our event. Additional Tips: - Avoid overly casual attire, such as jeans or sneakers. - Consider the season, weather, and venue when choosing your outfit.

What if I am flying in?

Answer

Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) and Salisbury Regional Airport (SBY) are the closest airports to St. Michaels (both about 1 hour and 20 minutes away). Car rentals, Uber, and shuttle busses, are all great options to get you to and from locations.
