Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony

Answer

Please arrive by 7pm for the ceremony. We ask all guests to be seated promptly before 7:30 to ensure all events of the evening start on time.

What happens if I arrived after the 7:30 ceremony start time?

Answer

If you arrive after the ceremony start time, you will be instructed by staff to wait until the ceremony is over and to then join the party at cocktail hour which will begin promptly by 8pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that you celebrate in style with us in black tie optional attire! Keep in mind our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside on the patio/garden area, so please choose your footwear accordingly.

Will transportation be provided? Is there free/valet parking?

Answer

Yes, we will have a shuttle provided for transportation to and from the designated hotel to arrive at the venue promptly at 7pm for our 7:30pm ceremony. There is ample parking for those who wish to drive. Parking is free/valeted and you may leave your car overnight if needed.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, this will be an adults-only event with the exception of select children. If your children are not listed on your invitation, please find a sitter, bring your dancing shoes and enjoy a date night with us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Unless your invitation specifies "and guest" we ask you to please not bring any additional guests. Thank you for understanding!
